---> A strong leopard stalked into a small clearing. Behind her, the sun shone brightly on her fur making it seem as if it had been set aflame. A small breeze ruffled her fur, Oh it felt so welcoming! Suddenly, as if excepting a leopard to come and kill it, a large rabbit hopped infront of that leopard, frozen with fear. Smiling as this easy-to-catch-a-rabbit moment, the leopard killed and ate it.
---> Seeing herself covered in rabbit blood, which she did not like, she set out again to find a little pond, or waterhole type thing. Soon, she found one. The leopard jumped into the pond, and swam around a bit. She ducked underwater, hoping to see a fish. But all she saw was lots a dead things at the bottom. And possibly... "A leopard?!?" She gasped underwater, and had to come back up for air. Scared at what she saw, the female got out of the water, and shook herself off.
---> Cold and again hungry, the female went to find either a gazelle, or a good place to dry off. She came upon a graxing gazelle first. Hello little gazelle! The female thought, and she was stalking toward it. Some reason the gazelle still hadn't seen or heard her. A twig snapped. Ooops. The gazelle took off, and this female ran after her, quickly gaining speed. The gazelle wasn't getting away that easy! Within minutes, the leopard was only a few inches away. She ran faster and faster, then jumped, hopfully catching the gazelle. Sinking her claws into the gazelle's neck, the female killed the gazelle easily.
---> Still hungry, and a bit wet the leopard began to eat. Halfway done with the gazelle, the fae wasn't hungry anymore. Without realizing where she was, she almost fell off a cliff, but caught herself just in time. That was a relief! Wanting to settle down, this female backed away from the cliff and layed down. Soon, she fell asleep.

-A.T.S.U.I- 私 の た め に 意 味 さ れ る 猫 で あ る か 。 A handsome male stalked along the island, his tail held proudly behind him to match his prideful stance. He was still looking for something, and hadn't met another Leopard for a few days now. He looked at the watering hole quietly, watching the ripples move across the water. Someone had recently been in it, but did that mean another of his kind? He scented a female Leopard, and that brought him a little excitement. Was this the moment when he'd find someone of interest? He turned a corner, following his nose, when he ended up at the spot where the fae had fallen asleep. He widened his eyes. She was a beautiful, and an Amur Leopard to match. Like him! He cleaned his whiskers a little and then sat down. Atsui noticed the gazelle, and then sneaked a bite before turning back to her. Should he awaken the sleeping maiden? He thought a moment. Well, there was always time to wait. Can't be too quick or they'll be scared off.
And if there was one thing he learned from dealing with females, it would be: DO NOT ANNOY THEM.

---> Soon after the other Leopard had sat down, the fae woke up. She opened her eyes slowly, and looked at the male. She gave a little jump, for did not think there would be another Leopard infront of her when she woke up. The female paused for a moment before talking.
---> "Oh, Hello." The female said calmly to the Leopard infront of her. She couldn't help but notice that the Leopard was an Amur, exactly like her. He seemed to have a strong build, and he was- She didn't let her thoughts go any farther than that. The gazelle she had caught earlier had a small piece of it missing, she couldn't help but notice. He must've been hungry. The female thought, and turned her attention back to the male.

あ な た の 夢 か ら 気 づ い た 。 Atsui noticed that she had woken up. He licked a paw before replying. "Sorry I woke you up," He mumbled, looking at where her gaze rested. So she noticed he had eaten a little of the gazelle. Some would be a little offended, others didn't mind. He hoped he wasn't getting too close. "I am called Atsui." He introduced himself. His name meant 'hot' and there wasn't much of a surprise there. Atsui backed up a little to give her some more space, but didn't say anything. She was quite pretty, and he had always preferred the look of his own kind, the Amurs. For some reason, they called to him. Maybe it was their crisp, pure beauty? Of course, he also liked the Clouded Leopards and the Snow ones, too, but Amur Leopards were simply... Beautiful, in their own rather fluffy way. His bluish gray eyes flickered back to look at her.

---> The female nodded her head. "I'm Sahkar." She replied, catching his gaze. She realized what his name meant, and she gave a laughing smile. It was kind of true! She looked somewhat behind Atsui, not knowing what she was looking at.
---> Catching Atsui's eyes again, she couldn't take her eyes off him. She just couldn't, it was wierd. Sarkar shook her head and was able to look somewhere else again. She looked at her paws, not wanting to do what she did again.

私 は 私 に 興 味 が あ る こ と を 見 る か 。 Atsui looked at her smiling. "What is so funny?" He grinned back, wondering if she had caught his name. That was a good sign, most Leopards didn't get it and were rather boring about it. Why his parents had named him that, he will never know. Or... He might now. He surely was 'Hot.' But for them to tell that when he was so young...? "That's a nice name." He replied, licking his paws again to get some blood off his claws. He hated to look bloody, but he had just eaten... Atsui then looked back at her and saw he staring at her paws. Sometimes he had that effect on people, but he didn't say anything. It would just make things more awkward.

---> The fae looked back up at Atsui. "Oh, nothing." She laughed. Once Atsui had said That's a nice name. Sahkar's eyes widened. "Really? Everyone I've ever met usually thought is was stupid..." Sahkar sighed at remembering that.
--> I can't help but remember.... Sahkar thought, thinking of all the Leopards that had made fun of her as a cub, and Sahkar had walked away from them, crying. It made her sad to think about it, so Sahkar stopped. She looked up at Atsui, and then wondered where this conversation was going to go to.

あ な た の 名 前 は 私 を 誘 惑 す る 。 "Why would it be stupid?" The male asked, confused. He didn't know if there was a hidden meaning to it like his name, but why would it be that bad? "I don't see anything wrong with it." He thought of his own past. His name had never really meant anything to most Leopards, they didn't know what it said. They just saw him.
Atsui had grown up in his forest somewhere, with parents and two siblings. He had been the only one to get here, as far as he knew. And he'd never been teased, he had always been the 'gifted' child, as far as that went. Of course, his brother and sister had been great cats. His family was probably worried sick.

|| Just so you know, I'm gonna make up a definition... ||
--->"It's not really stupid.. It's just a.. different name," Sahkar looked at Atsui, before continuing. "Because it means evil in an ancient language no one really knows about..." She said 'evil' fast, because she didn't want to see it. The reason her name was what it was is when Sahkar was born, she was born a pitch black color, with red marks on her. Her parents thought is was a bad sign, so they named her that, hoping she wouldn't figure out, but eventually Sahkar found out.
---> Sahkar looked at Atsui again, wondering what he would say, and they if he did continue to talk, what she would reply back to him! 'My life is too confusing for myself. I might as well just go lay down and die!' Sahkar obnormally thought horrible thoughts, though she would not say them out loud. This Leopard wanted to go somewhere else, be alone, but she didn't show it, not wanting to upset Atsui.

"That doesn't mean anything," Atsui sighed, thinking of her name. Evil? Well, it surely didn't fit her now. "As long as you know who you are, simple titles and labels don't matter." He licked his paw again, noting that he kept getting it dirty. He looked back at her.
She seemed a little distressed or sad, but he couldn't tell why. Probably about her name, but why should it matter? What someone else says shouldn't effect you. Prove them wrong and you'll gain more respect than you would have gotten if you were born that way, because you showed them to be wrong and worked hard at it.

|| Okay, this is gonna be a really short post 'cuz im not even supposed to be on right now. ||
---> Sahkar shook her head gently. "Whatever." She sighed unhappily. She was still thinking about how her younger life had been a torture chamber everywhere she went, and she had always wished those other leopards were dead, or stopped torturing her about her stupid-ish name.

Atsui let out a long sigh. "Well, it's just about how you think of it." He then glanced at his paws with his shiny gray eyes. "Where did you grow up?" He asked, thinking about his own home. He didn't know the name very well, as it had been a long time. But since she was an Amur Leopard, maybe they could relate? If he heard the name of his area, he'd surely recognize it...
